The water quality of Lake Garda has been confirmed very good.
Of a total 125 beaches checked around the whole perimeter of the lake in accordance with the restrictive italian standards in force, the Local Sanitary Authorities have found the following beaches to be unsuitable for swimming:
On the western shores:

Regarding hygienical parameters the remaining 120 beaches are suitable for swimming.
